Ghost (2012-ongoing)  presents an ephemeral, body-scaled surrogate, the cube pairs were  initially molded to the dimensions of the artist in a crouched position. (The vertical pairs were shaped to the artist’s standing dimensions.) The  paired cube forms can be multiplied, creating expansive, honeycomb-like networks that engage in a structural dialogue with the surrounding architecture. Constructed from delicate nylon mesh and monofilament, the installation acts as a responsive filter, subtly diffusing light and registering the imperceptible forces of its environment—air currents, humidity, and gravity. Over time, as the materials age, the inherent “preciseness” of the cube shapes yield. This material evolution serves as a poignant metaphor for the human body during its later decades, where the structural clarity of youth gradually softens into an organic record of a life lived.
